Thanks - I might give it a go. H&S seems ridiculously expensive to me (I guess the likes of Griezmann and Buffon don't come cheap).

Make sure it's the original stuff in the green bottle though. Some of their other anti-d smells nice but is crap.

As I don't get dandruff I cannot possibly comment on your shampoo but I believe whether rightly or wrongly that the same firms that make the product for Stores Own Brand Label. The clue quite often can be the branded and own brand product packaging / bottle is exactly the same shape!
With regard to medicines it is even worse with the discrepancy in prices. There is a number on both packets that is exactly the same meaning the product is exactly the same but one product may retail for £3.5 and the other 40p. Go figure #muggsrus |

You're right about medicines regarding price. Clearly, the OB stuff is sometimes made by the same manufacturer but I'm not sure to what extent.
I'm pretty sure this isn't the case with the shampoo. I assumed the similarity in design and shape of bottle was just an attempt to mimic the leading brand. |

definately an attempt to mimic and give credence for an inferior product in several instances but also unbelievably sometimes both products and packaging are made by the same people! Soap flakes would probably an example of the product being made by one manufacturer

No dandruff here, as conditions aren't favourable....
If you really have it to excess, time to bottom it out with something that really works and then to continue with your "Head & Shoulders" or whatever suits you! Two weeks of "Lenium" or "Selsun" twice a week, with your regular daily choice in the shower, and you will be sorted! |

Should add that, if you use styling products, what you think is dandruff, may actually be just the dried residue from those products!
Have read through this..... . https://www.google.com/search?q=dandruff+causes&oq=dandruff&aqs=chrome.3.69i57j0l4j69i60.10106j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 |

peckerdunne...
It's all about being selective, and broad minded! I could give you very many examples but, for now, wil stick with just one! Tinned stewed steak....look at the usual brands that you know, and compare to a supermarket branded product at a much lower price... Now look at the base of the cans, which are stamped with a code, and typically from Brazil or Argentina! Are they the same? Usually yes they are! |

Thanks Faye, but i'd rather shoot myself than buy tinned meat products....
No meat from supermarkets is a rule for life. |
