If the salmon were missing in its entirety and none strewed on the road surface then possibly they could have gine walkabout prior to accident; 20 tons is one hell-of-an-amount of salmon to lose.

One steak is at most a foot long, 4" wide and an inch thick. Thirty-six steaks per cubic foot, so a total volume of 2778 cubic feet In a standard large 40 foot container, the load would be about 7 feet wide and 10 feet high. One large lorry-load, in other words. Nothing fishy here imo. |

When I was a young boy my mum sold a kitten to an American couple. The man pronounced salmon as saL-mon - clearly pronouncing the 'L' and the 'O' in 'mon' was short as in 'pot'. Never forgot that.
