An 18-year-old man has been stabbed to death in a west London council's central offices.
The victim was stabbed in the chest in Hillingdon Civic Centre on High Street, Uxbridge, at about 16:40 GMT.
He was taken to hospital but pronounced dead less than an hour later. Another teenage boy was also stabbed during the attack.
A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of murder, Scotland Yard said.

An 18-year-old stabbed to death in west London was attending a council-run knife awareness course at the time it has emerged.
A custodian sentence of at least 3 months for anyone carrying a knife with a blade longer than 3 inches? Would that help? At the moment the stabbings have been as regular as clockwork yet nothing productive or preventative have worked.
Uxbridge is quite a safe part of London as a rule i thought ...hardly in Tower Hamlets league
oh no it is not - it is the 'shifting demographic' hotspot of greater landan
now - the isle of purbeck is the opposite - or it used to be

No doubt this would have been a New approach to the Knife situation, getting them all together to sort things out , A luvvie scheme with plenty of funding to sort the Issue out ..
