And far from certain to actually happen.
Report SontaranStratagem October 24, 2019 5:24 PM BST
They wont give you the entertainment of that

They need to smash your brain in some more first

And they wont naff up their corporate xmas either, people need to spend their money
Report SontaranStratagem October 24, 2019 5:30 PM BST
One thing is certain though

Corbyn and Labour will kibosh it and claim they can't trust fat boy slim
Report moisok October 24, 2019 5:41 PM BST
no party manifestos either - cos they never implemented the last one ho ho ho

Swansong will just ignore you anyway.  Her bloke has plenty of dosh so she can do her own 'shrieky' thing for a bit and then go back home.

What's the odds they extend to mid november just to give themselves their get out?

The reason they didn't have an election in mid november was because the deadline was 31st October

They've literally just moved the dates on 6 weeks to prolong into next year, what pathetic game is going to happen after the new year?

Its quite disgusting really, not their games, but the fact joe public just sits idly and does nothing

ANYTHING TO STOP BREXIT
Report Injera October 24, 2019 6:06 PM BST
I can't see Boris getting the 429 (??) Mps to support this.

A GE won't achieve anything whilst we are still in the EU. The big gains will be for Swinson I suppose.

If we did have a GE, I reckon there will be ANOTHER one next June. The farce is only just beginning.

Drift to 1.87
Report SontaranStratagem October 24, 2019 6:27 PM BST
Absolutely no chance they will allow it

You haven't been smashed up mentally enough yet, you need another 2 to 3 years of it

Only way out of this is to get rid of them by force, because you sure as hell ain't ever voting your way out of it
Report SontaranStratagem October 24, 2019 6:28 PM BST
Why was May allowed to call a snap election? but Bozo needs the rest of them to support it ?

CrazyCrazyLaughLaughLaugh

Its absolutely mental how much they make it up
Report SontaranStratagem October 24, 2019 6:29 PM BST
I'd love them to answer that but as always

There will be no answering of any questions
Report Injera October 24, 2019 6:31 PM BST
They must have voted for one SS. Did they not?
Report SontaranStratagem October 24, 2019 6:34 PM BST
"opposition leaders wont support proposal"

Of course they wont Laugh

Basically they moved the whole charade on 6 weeks, its the same as it was 6 weeks ago

Just taking the absolute facking p***

And they are doing it on purpose
Report SontaranStratagem October 24, 2019 6:36 PM BST
They are either very stubborn, thick as pig s*** or doing it on purpose

Either way they need to be removed, no one has the guts to admit they are being mocked by the little cu**s though
Report Angoose October 24, 2019 6:38 PM BST
The drift goes on and on, 2.36
Report SontaranStratagem October 24, 2019 6:40 PM BST
Absolutely no chance Angoose

God knows why people jumped on that rubbish to begin with

When all they needed to do was look at the situation being completely the same as it was 6 weeks ago

Basically Bozo is asking for the same thing he was 6 weeks ago with the extension not even extended yet and its only to be a short one to mid november.

In the event of a Dec 12 election, we would have Trump in the UK for two days just one week before (Dec 2 & 3).
He simply wouldn't be able to stop himself from publicly endorsing Johnson.

How would that play out with the public?
Report saddo October 24, 2019 7:13 PM BST
Quite well I would imagine, Jon Snow et al are not representative of the UK public.
Report Angoose October 24, 2019 7:19 PM BST
Trump is popular with the UK general public?
Are you sure?
Report saddo October 24, 2019 7:22 PM BST
I'm sure people are much more relaxed abut him than the noise makers want them to be.
Report Angoose October 24, 2019 7:44 PM BST
68% negative opinion, 19% positive with the UK public, that's a strange form of relaxation Happy

Vote Tory -     guaranteed self harm Brexit, bad for everyone and everything, PM who is a liar,
                scumbag wrong-un
Vote Labour -   guaranteed crippling of the economy and everyone's soul by demented communists.
Vote Lib/Dems - clueless imbeciles but at least want to avoid ridiculous Brexit and nowhere near
as loony left as the commrades but cant actually win.
Vote Brexit -   Dont be a pr77ck.

What lovely options.

Probably best to go on holiday and hope for the best.

He was right but they did go round the sodding track 3 times to get there

It might end up being the 12th despite yesterday voting it down ffs

Makes zero difference, most likely a hung parliament again and it all carries on

If the tories get the majority your human rights and workers rights/privacy are gone entirely, the only thing keeping the tape on is this ridiculous circus show which is ironic really

Good luck

A fair summary captain carnage. However, a coalition is the likeliest result. Remainers might desert conservatives in significant numbers. With the Lib Dem as coalition partners, we might see the party with the most votes being dragged a bit near the centre from their extremes.

Garbage Foin and Torq.

If there is a hung parliament, probably a shade of odds on there will surely be a 2nd referendum.

That will see an almost certain remain vote.

Whats undemocratic about that?

And, ps. It would obviously be good long term for the slightly unstable `leave' voters.
Report Foinavon October 29, 2019 11:46 PM GMT
Swinson will be standing on a platform of revoking Article 50, she has given up on demanding a second referendum about which she admitted that she wouldn't accept the result if leave won again.
What's democratic about that?
I know the slightly deranged remain voters like her aims but they would not be good for the long term future of this country.

Democracy is a rolling process and please always remeber it was the hardline brexit politicians that voted down May's deal for us to leave the EU.

Jesus, we may have a communist/marxist party in charge trying to dismantle capitalism. The neandathals
in the north, midlands and north east would vote Labour if they were jointly run by Fred West and Harold Shipman. Ironically it was the same boneheads who would vote Labour 100% of the time who voted for brexit despite `their' party being overwhelmingly pro European. Couldnt make it up.

But we would accept them as the next government.

A referendum is a moment in time, single question that is far too complicated to be sorted easily/quickly.

Of the brexit voters I have spoken to almost all admitted they didnt understand the economic impact and they were basically voting to protest about `something'. A couple who I at least credit with a few brain cells are ideologically opposed to the EU which I can respect.  The first group of voters is exactly why you dont have referendums END OF.

You get in a mess in almost any walk of life when people make important decisions based on almost
no knowledge of a subject.
