Its the complicated rules Elisjohn, both the separated parents can stay in the UK, but the daughter cannot

I assume one of her separated parents will go back with her to S.Africa

She won't really have to go back on her own, or will sheShocked

Madness.
The Home Office said they wrote to her telling her that she had to leave.
I don't suppose you can blame the HO if this 2 year old cant read.
Would make a good sketch in a Monty Python show.
The decision will surely now be overturned.

I'd say a 2 year old is more a toddler than a baby.

I would have thought the home office would have noticed she was two years old?

They should have written to her guardian, or whoever was caring for her.

Would not give me a great deal of confidence in our home office?
