Thinking you're a different gender is a mental disorder, not a physical one.  That isn't an insult; there's nothing funny about ill mental health.  The 'woke', 'sjws', 'leftists', whatever you call them, has decided instead that the kids need physical treatment instead of psychological treatment.  It's akin to treating someone with suicidal thoughts by amputating their arms and saying 'Well, a part of you is dead now so do you feel better?'.  Over the next few years we can expect more and more people with mutilated genitals and haywire hormones who haven't found their promised happiness.

feel sorry for so many  people out there  ...it's like we are not bioloigically male or female in a box  ...some men are very much born as female and female's born as male    ....in an ideal world us men would be very male  ... male looking ,strong ,rugged,chisled jaw ,  strong features    and women would choose be pretty ,effeminate and  sweet ...yes really ...thats what the ideal is but it seems there are as many felmale looking men out there as  there are male looking men     .... and i note that most couples are   male/female looking even amonst gays.lesbianms and straight  ...effeminate looking men nearly always have masuline looking girlfriends  .  Half or more of the population   aren't all born to those ideals  ...hence the confusion  and  self loathing etc    ...most i would say do benefit from becoming a different sex  ...but it's a very drastic step too  ..i'm guessing most biological men who are 'kept' as men may find themselves going into a deep depression as time goes on .
It's a bit like women who have boob jobs ...  it's a similar  but less drastic step but alomg the same lines

Apart from the word some, I completely agree.  I would substitute many, most or all.
