The pic I saw elsewhere, he looked Indian or from that region. Could be a protest over Kashmir or something. Indians are always on BestGore self-immolating. It's their thing. As for 'incredibly brave police officer', the man who doused himself would go up in flames but he wouldn't explode or anything. It's not like trying to tackle someone who is wielding a knife.
