If you have multiple user names on here, is it possible to post using 2 different names within a minute?

As you can see i'm no tech wizz kid, just always assumed you had to log out of one user name ie) Log Off computer and then log on again with a different user name which i thought would take longer than a minute, and then to type up 2 responses!
