Yes it's a legal contract that cannot be altered don't let any fobbing off BS terms and conditions say otherwise.

that is what i thought so thanks.
i had a VC account that they claimed they closed in the middle of the days
racing after two losers, later that day two winner. They never settled up
& took the losses off my balance before closing the account. Shocking.
I have a bet on the rugby that will win so they had better pay up!

KYC? it was not closed as such. they were offering 25p bets & when i complained they suspended the account so
i cannot log in.
