Boris said he did not lie or mislead the Queen,so it was the Queen who broke the law,she made the decision.

if Boris does not make a retracted statement saying "he lied or misled the Queen,a new can of worms will be opened,but Boris answered when challenged if he lied or mislead Her Majesty he replied "ABSOLUTELY NOT"
It is a serious crime to lie or mislead to the Queen. |
