Tell me the "holes" and I'll almost certainly explain then for you.
I might be an idiot but I can remember my own life

That rebuttal is very vague. Just be specific, nail your colours to the mast.

You come back home at 2pm and get a text from work asking you to work Monday morning 10am.
You say you can't work that early coz your drunk but when and how did you get drunk when you came back home at 2?
Also she can't ask you to confirm something 6 hours before she tells you that you have the shift.
I'm. Pretty sure I've misunderstood something there or you've posted wrong time-line. Hence the holes.

Back at 2am mush.
I was awake, in a fit of pique, until about 10:30am when I went to the off licence.
Think wires are crossed on the 3rd part.

Yeah I meant 2am. How can you get home from work at 2am, be told you have to work in the morning, be already drunk enough to decide you won't make it by 10am and on top of all that be told that you had to confirm that at 9pm when that 9pm was about 6 hours before you found out you had to work. This is chit chat. You need to get your story straight before we get to workers rights.
FFS.
I didn't work at 11pm last night. I walked from Nantgarw to Hopkinstown with a guy who was in the same boat. Then he got his "mate" who was a cab driver, to take him to Tonypandy, where he lives, then he took me, alone, to the top of the valley for £10. Fkn google the times if you don't believe me.
I wasn't drunk at 10am but I hadn't slept for ages so I ruled an afternoon shift out. I cracked and got drunk from 11am to now. I think you've have misread something.
The fkn timeframe is irrelevant, in any case.

Mostly victimless crimes like drugs, shoplifting, stolen goods, etc.
