The 'Muslim Convert' made her money and fame off of his song 'Nothing Compares 2 U', she did feck all apart from this, now she's blackening his legacy with this crap................................
SINEAD O’CONNOR claims a drug-addled Prince tried to beat her up when she refused to become his protege and stop swearing.
It happened after the 52-year-old singer recorded her hit Nothing Compares 2 U — which was written by Prince — in 1990. And the superstar, who died from an accidental overdose in 2016, was into ‘some very dark drugs’, she said.
Appearing on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, O’Connor told hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid: ‘We met once but we didn’t get on very well, we tried to beat each other up. We didn’t get on too well.
‘Well it was more that he was trying to beat me up and I was defending myself. It was a very frightening experience. He summoned me to his house in Los Angeles and I foolishly went along. He was uncomfortable with the fact that I wasn’t a protege of his as I had just recorded the song and he ordered that I don’t swear any more in interviews. And Irish people swear all the time so I told him where he could go and he went for me. Then he went upstairs and got a pillow and had something hard in the pillow and he was chasing me.
‘I ran out of his house and he came after me in his car. We met on the highway at 5am and I was spitting at him and he was trying to hit me.’ Muslim convert O’Connor, who changed her name to Magda Davitt in 2017, said she eventually rang on a doorbell for help.
Prince was 57 when he died from an overdose of the painkiller fentanyl. His home was full of prescription pills. O’Connor added: ‘He was into some pretty dark drugs. It was down to drugs at the end of the day.’

Sinead is a lost soul and people should leave her alone. Personally I think it is reprehensible that TV shows would haul her on like that in search of ratings. She`s turned up on TV in Ireland too when it was perfectly clear that she was mentally in a really bad place. It`s not the first time that she`s found a religon.

She`s done all this before. About 15 or 20 years ago she turned up on prime time TV in Ireland declaring herself to be a priest in the full garb and seemingly full of the joys of life. It made for uncomfortable viewing. A month or two later and it was all discarded once reality returned. When she`s going through these phases, she should be left alone by media muppets who have nothing in their heads only sensationalism and ratings. I just hope she comes out the other side ok or alternatively that she genuinely has found some long lasting meaning in her life. But I wouldn`t bet on that.
