into my Betfair acct ,when a lad stopped me in picadilly gardens and asked me where the nearest taxi rank was .I know where they are but I couldn't think .I said there's one over there .He said he wanted one to get back to Barnsley where he lived.he said would I show him where the taxi rank was
He had two opened bottles of Budweiser he finished one and placed the bottle on the floor near the tram lines. That pi**ed me off as there s lots of litter bins .he then started to drink from the other bottle .He said he was going back home to Barnsley that's why he wanted a taxi .I said get the train it's cheaper he said I'm on a thousand pounds. A week I can afford a taxi ,I said I was on over that In 1989 and look at me now .
I said what are you doing in Manchester .he said he sha**ed a girl in Manchester last night and she dropped him off here
I said if you keep drinking like this you will end up in a mental ward or dead .he said I can't stop.
I said moderation is the key word and he said there was no moderation in his life .I said just as the same in my life
I then thought to myself what am I doing trying to educate him who I don't know .when I can't educate them on the Betfair forums who I've tried to for years
I then thought to myself you wouldn't listen to anyone when you were enjoying yourself why should he or anyone else listen
I then got on the metro back home .and talked to my self about how much I hate my brother and his partner for ripping me off for thousands when my man died .
I just hope that lad from Barnsley sees the light before it's too late

We think we are invincible when we are young, we never listen to older and wiser heads It is the way of the world From your previous posts you feel your alcoholism and gambling cost you your marriage and regret it. (I hope you do not mind me posting that) So want to steer others away from making the same mistake....you have a good motive. I made bad mistakes when young(not the same) and now regret it as I live on my own with my cat and am now too old to work. Mind you I was nastier than you so probably deserved it, some people think I still am. I hope you find a friend of either sex, and feel more comfortable about your life. I think sometimes life works out the way it was supposed to and was never going to be any different Still you have your own thoughts I think ou are a nice man and I find your posts entertaining on here.  |

The leperd I was going to reply to you .but the story would be longer to read than war and peace .I gave up after an hour .
There took me to the cleaners .theve lied and lied and lied and worked underhand to get the house .her bankbooks gold and money in her purses and her tax rebate I've never been shown the bill for the funeral and stone .they just told me what I owed them and paid it .I've since found out that he over charged me 1500.i was never shown her bankbooks He ask#ed me to give him 20 pounds to tip the men in the hearse and he would give them 20 I knew he wouldn't give it them so a fortnight after the funeral I said I'm going to the lady at the funeral office .he said what for .I said to thank her for looking after everything as I knew her personally .he then said I never paid them the funeral people messed me about . he never offered it me back Everything they asked for i gave it them .I wanted the silver cutlery set that a friend of the family bought them in 1949 .my mam said everything in the house was for me as I was moving in a flat and they had their own things from their big house Even though she said that I thought no 50-50 One of the few things I wanted was that set .he said he's would bring it to me at a later date They took all the original cutlery out and gave me the old box with a load of knives fork spoons etc that were made in Pakistan .Thailand .Japan .and the rest of Asia .they must have bought them from Wilkinson's This is nothing to the amount of money they did me out of .I felt that stupid and betrayed I went to the motorway bridge contemplating ending it . But I'm not that strong of a man to do it I can't take him to court as my children get on very well with his child and i don't want my stupidity in me trusting them .to upset their lives My last three years have been hell .there in my head every hour of every day .I know the only way for me not to get any iller is tocforgive them but the anger is making me poorly .I've been for counselling .and how ive not had a drink is a miracle .The hate I have for them is doing me no good .I must let go and forgive them but I can't . This is only a drip in the ocean of the underhanded things theve donecyou wouldn't believe the rest The more they lied the poorlier I got and the more they took I knew they were lying but I couldn't face them like a man and accuse them face to face |

Also some medication to calm you...although they don't like prescribing anti depressants now I suppose the question is, when you were with our wife and family did you provide for them adequately? You see if you did that you fulfilled your responsibility. If you blew your own money on gambling and alcohol it seems to me ok. I feel you have been hard done by Do Wah, as I said try to find a solicitor somewhere to at least see if you have a case? |

Yes.i left my wife the house which was fully paid for as she had done no wrong.i had to go To a judge to make sure I was of sound mind as many men want half .one of my my daughter's had a very good job and has her own house and goes all over the world .my other daughter works and so does her partner .and I gave my daughter's half of the money each I received from my half of the sale of my name house
Me and my brother agreed to get three independent valuations as he said his daughter wanted to buy it we agreed that we we would take the average price that was offered and we asked the valuers to tell us the minimum value what it was worth . He came to the house at the same time as the first valuer .he scraped all the side of his taxi as he saw her talking to me .He wanted to take full control of the valuation .he didn't show a single plus side of the house he just pointed out every single fault .there was a brand new brick built building in the back garden .the valuer said that's very nice what is it .he more or less walked straight past her murmering it's just a shed .it was never opened so they never saw all the electrical points and Blackwell it looked .I thought well it's for his daughter and he can't moan at the final price.when we got all the valuations in he said he wanted another 5000 off pleading poverty so I gave him 3000 I said we agreed that the valuers price was final as he shown them all the bad points and not a single good point but I knocked 3000 off .he later said he was buying the house as he was moving in with his daughter and partner and he would give it them later .he said he needed to live there and if she got pregnant or wanted her boyfriend to move in .they might throw them out .he said she was getting it any way once they died At first he said his daughter was buying it and that she had got a mortgage .I questioned him on that as I was told she wouldn't be able to get one .but he assured me she had one as she had a very good job I didn't want to leave the house .but I promised my mam before I died I would .she knew he was going to get thrown out of his big house eventually because he was only paying the interest on what he had lent.and the fixed period would be soon up Of course I would have let the family have the house and move out their was no need for all the lies He kept stressing that the bank was going to possess it and sell it off very cheaply .I thought he would get a council house and I was willing to write off the 20000 that I lent him over 20 years ago He never mentioned any more until I got a phone call from a lady who thought I was him and when I kept talking she leaked that she wash his financial adviser .you should of seen his face when I said she was looking for him.
