Establishment awards are now completely meaningless
Recipients get to act as permanent footsoldiers in the ongoing war against the people, by occupying red benches or other dubious power brokering committee seats, etc. It is more evidence why Theresa May should not have been believed over Brexit. She did not mean what she said about Cameron's awards. When she meant no-deal better than a bad deal, she cannot have meant it. When she tried to signal her virtue as being against a nepotist, we've found out she was one herself after all. |
