Hello everyone!

I have been a long time user of betfair and haven't had to contact the customer service department once for anything before today.
I  am looking for a bit of advice here.

Today i wanted to watch some American football and have a little bet and a beer so i placed theese bets.
Georgia to beat murray state 20/23

Then georgia again in a couple multi's

about an hour later i check betfair to find they have changed the odds on georgia from 20/23 to 1/100..
I contacted the customer service to find out what is going on and spent 1 hour 16 mins, most of the time waiting for replys, before they came back with "we changed the odds after it went off due to some kind of error"
Then when i questioned that, made the point that it seems a bit wrong they can do that because i structured my entire bet around the payout, and made the point i dont have the option to change my stake from 100 quid to 1 quid for example if my bet starts going wrong, they throw a reference number at me, didnt tell me what to do with it, or what its for, mentioned something about the traders have it and left the chat when i asked if i could ask to a supervisor for more clarification.

So i have had the odds of my bet changed under me, 1 hour 30 mins of my time wasted for a reference number.

Any suggestions on what i can do here?
