When people have diabetes, then they have to have their eyes checks regularly, so I assume too high a sugar level

will send people blind....well it has just happened...living on chips and crisps he must have developed type 2 diabetes.

Its quite remarkable than somebody wouldnt get bored with the same junk day in day out
It was literally those two things, the very occasional slice of white breat and some processed meat from what I understand.

Many a time poor parenting gets blamed for things that possibly isnt the fault of parents....but all I can think here is the parents had a very limited iet too and didnt broaden his palette enough

They said that laterly they got him on fruit smoothies but now he's fed up with them. So it sounds like he's been able to get away with eating rubbish.

Unless it's genetics blame his parents or guardian for his fate; a lesson to those that way inclined.

I dont think it was the guardian that created a climate that encourages such opportunism as 'food' manufacturers to exclaim 'can be part of a balanced diet'.
Thats such a con. They are effectively saying, 'what we make is the s hit that the other good stuff sold elsewhere balances against'

Diets like this can be because of things other than bad parenting, I would take 10/11 he has high-functioning autism.

I don't eat chips and haven't done so for many years but I do like a bag of 'Real hand cooked crisps', with a lunchtime ham and cheese toasted sarnie.
