I seem to remember him taking that in fairly good humour but I don't think he'd stand for that sort of thing now he's the main man. He declines to attend those comedy presidential dinner things now, doesn't he?

No idea switch the news off when he's mentioned,like these Roasts though definitely better than stand up now there's a couple of decent series called Roast Battle on Comedy Central with comedians from here worth a look if you like this sort of thing.
