New Zealand not top anymore?
Thought they were untouchable at rugby |
|
By:
Nice one Richie. I can't recall seeing a thread last week after Wales, the world number 1 were humiliated 33-19 by pitiful England. Still, I really hope your namesake makes it back to the main pdc. Great player treated shabbily by the governing body.

the world rankings are very false, wales arent even top 4, NZ, SA, England, Ireland, def all better than wales and maybe even aus
|

Another abhorrent Nationalist thread just reading between the lines mush.

I wouldn't put us in the top 4, grant
But I wouldn't put Wales top either ![]() ![]() 1. NZ 2. Aus 3. SA 4. Arg 5. Ireland 6. Wales 7. England All very close from 2 to 7 though, we are capable of beating say Aus on our day, just lack consistency |

3 & especially 4 gotta be a wind up sont

one things for sure; if they lose Billy Vuni to injury, they may as well stay at home. It beggars belief to me that he is being risked playing in this warm up ofcharades

Thought NZ were on the wain after recent draw wiv SA and last weeks defeat against Australia- admittedly down to 14 men for most of game - but they were back to their sublime best yday in rematch - obvs i know but will be extremely hard to beat again in a few weeks time

there is literally no way argentina are batter than england and ireland
|
|

We shall see in the world cup, HGS
The top 4 were the semi finalists at the last world cup albeit 2 of the quarter finals were very tight and Scotland probably should have beat Australia ![]() ![]() ![]() |

By:
Argentina are very competitive nowadays
They hold their own in the Rugby Championship at least |
|
By:
If someone offered me evens for Ireland to beat Argentina I'd sell my house, my car and my granny to get on!
|
|
By:
Ireland would lose to Argentina in a high pressure world cup game in my opinion
Ireland always bottle it in the big world cup games |
|
By:
I'm not dismissing Argentina. Very good side now. But 4th in the world??

Maybe its a little high but in the world cup I think we'll see them outperform the 5th and 6th in that table

What about the 7th

I think we're likely to suffer in the groups again
The 8th best team France will edge us out ![]() |
|
By:
Scotland have a good chance of finishing 2nd in their group as well

can't wait for it to start

Yes me too Baphornet, I'm really looking forward to it as well. Rugby Union was my game growing up and after I left College, I was a hooker so was always in the thick of things.
|
|
By:
Probably more enjoyable than the footy world cup in my opinion
Always enjoy the laughs with the Welsh/Irish/Scots fans, and the Aussies are good humoured as well |
|
By:
I agree with you SS, give me rugby union over football every time, I like rugby league as well.
|
|
By:
it will probably be the 1st time i have watched ITV since 4 years ago

Same here slippy
The fans just seem more laid back, and just enjoy the banter and the event itself |
