And I'm talking straight up water type feaces as well, and this woman says it absolutely reeks, like a horrible gassy smell that gives her a headache

Its not normal for stools to be like this surely ? esp over a long period of time, this goes way beyond IBS surely?

Also has blood in urine due to poor kidney function, always holding his back as it aches

And you know sometimes you might eat some nuts and you have a un-digested nut in your stool?

Well this is the opposite with this bloke, he sometimes has a piece of actual feaces in his watery stool Sad

Its quite suspicious, and he's lost his appetite today as well

Yes mate

the drugs they've gave him to try and harden his stool up isn't working it seems, its been about 3 to 4 weeks now

I just can't see how this is normal even after an operation like that, its the blood in urine and watery gassy number 2s into the stoma/colostomy bag that make it sound really bad

He's holding his side/back a lot as well which says kidney?

i have constant pain in lower back/kidney region but they told me it wud be a gud 2 yrs b4 i regained a decent amount of strength in that area but then i never lost the amount of colon ya pal did back in the day - wiv my condition i dont have stools but do hav days when its all watery liquid  in bag but that is rare and there is little to no odour - i eat loadsa fruit these days - maybe seven easy peeler clems and a cupla granny smith apples - good thing about that is that it fills ya up quickly and you are getting plenty vitamins in ya - but as regards ya mates travails im at a loss for an answer

Its still very frequent with the emptying

I was thinking after you explained it last time he'd be similar but its quite unnerving to hear the bits of feaces in the watery waste that comes out CrazyCrazy

That just sounds wrong to me, plus the really bad odour it gives off

Are you good with heaven's own fruit, the thrice blessed strawberry?

stawbs are very good for me but living in n/e i only have a tesco or morrisons within about 500yds of each other that can only offer me strawbs that live for 1 or 2 days from packing - 2 for 3 quid etc but dead within a day so you end up being biased against the strawberry SillySillyLaughLaugh

Put them in the fridge ffs I shop at both those shops and the strawbs I get last much longer than 1-2 days especially the ones in the trays from Morrisons last more than a week.

I shop at the Consett shops if the trays of Strawberries are on at Morrisons (usually from Spain) get them you won't be disappointed, agree the fruit and veg is overall much better at Tesco.
There's plenty taste in the frozen fruit you can buy and the nutrient levels are good only problem is with how you want to consume them, usually I get them in hot water in the pan and scoop them out but can be left to defrost over 4 hours or so.

canny trek for u but cant agree cos missus is tescos one minute and morrisons the next and whilst tescos imo blows em outta the water quality wise she wont hav it - morrisons granarys are nearly twice the size but clearly full of water cos clearly none of the flavour of tescos SillySillySilly

As regards smelly stools, this is not usually a problem at all with people who don't eat animal products.
In fact the more meat you eat the smellier you become.

Protein can be hard on the kidneys.

''Too much protein in your body can strain your kidneys and cause kidney damage. If you consume more than 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, you can put yourself at risk of kidney damage due to overworking the kidneys. This may even cause your kidneys to leak protein into your blood and urine. According to the National Kidney and Urologic Diseases Information Clearinghouse, an excessive amount of protein being leaked into the urine is a sign of kidney disease.''

Too much protein can also be the cause of gout, with the kidneys unable to cope with the uric acid produced.
