Apparently there has been a 'FURIOUS BACKLASH' according to the Daily Mirror.   Something to be avoided in my opinion.

it's a nutritional powerhouse, that's the problem. the equivalent amount of vegetables you'd have to eat to extract the same number of calories and vitamins etc you'd be grazing all day long. there's a reason we eat meat, and it's not for moral reasons, it's because of nutrition per lb.

MD it's the myth about needing to graze all day long to extract necessary nutrition from plant based foods, also never mentioned are the lack of phytochemicals, the harmful bacteria and how much of the chicken that's eaten is actually used as nutrition for the body.
Lots of fairy stories continue to go around about nutrition and people who don't eat meat it's fairly easy to get all of your energy, nutrients, phytochemicals and immune support without choosing to eat toxic foods like Chicken.
Eat till your full on Potatoes,Bean Chilli,Porridge and fruit/berries,beetroot,peas,lentils,rice and as much fruit as you want in between your health will improve massively weight's easy to control, you'll have more than enough nutrient support and your immunity will go through the roof,no colds or hay fever since eating this way myself.
Anyhow as McDougall says 'people like to hear good things about their bad habits'.

I'll probably to having kfc (no chips) on tuesday; 9pc (£5.99) for the price of 6 - cheaper than making them myself. Happy Day Tuesday!

I used to get the cheaper bucket Tuesdays think it was £5.99 at the time.

For more than 9 think it was 10 + chips could be wrong but couldn't eat it in one go.

£5.99 for 10pc plus chips probably a decade ago. I can only eat about 3pc (the spices and salt get to me by then), with apples and orange peppers; save the rest for another day or two but no freezing. Only eat them when there's a promotion.
