Does anyone suffer from this? My wife has had low  scores on her blood work regarding kidney function the last few times. Blood pressure is normal. She does take fairly regular pain pills though. Any chit chatters got any advice on improving kidney function without having to go down the medication route? Cheers

It's well documented that excessive water intake can be very detrimental to your health.

Every person on this planet needs to drink 4 pints of water everyday, to make their brain and organs recover each day after sleep. Much higher in kids.

Excessive water can clearly kill, you could also drown.

Cupid stunts that saying drinking too much each day is deadly,I would like to see their proof.

You drink 4 pints of water at least every day but if you exercise then it should be more.

Everyday i make it my goal to drink 6 pints of water just to be hydrated above the measures. I will probably die tomorrow etc.

Back to the OP, i would just try to dilute the problem, then maybe the answer maybe nearer.
