Just heard a theory that Epstein was working for one of the major intelligence agencies, secretly filming men in positions of power and then blackmailing them.

Anybody think that theory has credibility?

Probably working for both. It wouldn't be blackmailing for money either. I wont say any more as the  "hunt the domestic terrorist mob " will converge on your thread like flies around a fresh dollop of dog shoite Laugh

There was an earlier theory that Epstein was filming and blackmailing wealthy men into investing in his hedge fund (he then invests the money in the stock market and takes a percentage: everyone is a winner).

So the common factor is blackmail. (Though he might just have been playing on his rich "friends'" desire to be invited back, with no actual blackmail as such.)

Whether the CIA would need to blackmail Americans seems doubtful as it could just play on their sense of patriotism, though Epstein also entertained foreign visitors.

Mossad, again, it's possible but 98 per cent of all conspiracy theories involve Mossad (including the true ones!).

Verdict: blackmail 70% likely to be true; CIA 10%; Mossad 30%.

Acosta said “I was told Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence’ and to leave it alone" when interviewed in the Trump transition.

Robert Maxwell had well documented links to mossad so it all fits. Don't underestimate the CIA though. When Trump was going against them in Syria Chuck Schumer said on tv that "if you mess with the intelligence community they have six ways to Sunday to mess with you back".
