i have an ornamental dog on my mantle piece that changes colour.

it changes colour  as the weather changes,in other words,when it is dark it turns white,when it is bright outside it turns blue,over case it goes red,and so on.it is a clever little piece ingenuity ,and works most of the time.But then i was thinking(just as brass always thinks,so i though to myself)if someone put the material that's in it into the colour of cars and lorries ,the cars would change colour between dawn and dusk,and if they controlled the colours we would avoid loads of car accidents.in other words your car would be white at night,and black or dark blue  during the day making all cars more visible sooner an less accidents would occur.
did you know that you are more likely to be in an accident due to colour code of your car.and i think a silver car is tops for accidents(not sure) but think of all the lives that would be saved on our roads  if the colour of your car was more visible.remember Brass told you first
