Yes the BBC seem to forget most people are pretty average, they should not ignore them

I do not expect them to REJECT diversity, but cab they stop beating us over the head with it.

I think it's ironic that the in the one programme (EastEnders) where it would be quite authentic to employ a majority of actors from an ethnic minority background, the BBC choose not to.
Imo, the reason is that they're trying to reflect their audience, not the demographic of Tower Hamlets or Newham. |
