CNN says suspects are in custody. NBC says suspects at large. Trouble is armed citizens start drawing guns and it all adds to the confusion. We must hope casualties and deaths are minimised.

re-Ramrumas point ,this happened at the Westgate shooting in Kenya too,civilians with guns who are caught up in it ,draw their weapons in
trying to help but ,get mistaken for the actual shooters by police or army ,tragic really .I was just thinking there hadnt been a mass shooting in the states for a while ,they always come round and always will as they seem determined to keep their crazy gun laws. |

At least 19 people have been killed in the latest mass shooting in the United States, the BBC's partner network CBS News says.
The shooting happened at a Walmart store near the Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, Texas, a few miles from the US-Mexico border. At least 22 people, including young children, are being treated at local hospitals following the attack. A white man in his 20s is in custody and is believed to be the sole shooter. |

Yes assault rifles should only be used by the military.
There is another cause, our World appears to be getting more violent... The causes for this are more complicated, but it is something that needs serious research. One solution to this is for everybody needs to be armed, then if anyone opens fire people can fire back. |
