..then the backstop would not be any sort of a problem and we would already be out. Then again the brexiters would no doubt have found something that wasn't 'pure' enough for them and they (you) are obv beginning to realise the **** storm a no deal will be as they (you) are now blaming it all on poor old Leo. Obviously nobody is fooled but what gets me is if no deal really isn't going to be a problem (the default brexit position since it shifted 360 about 6 months after the ref) then they (you) would happily be owning it and all the riches that will come with it......yet you are blaming someone, anyone else????

I must say i am very surprised that no-one has replied saying what utter nonsense the above is, except of course since then Pike (Francois) has said that the ERG would never vote for the deal with or without the backstop anyway (see line 2) unlike virtually the whole cabinet has already done. Obv there isn't enough time to neg a whole new deal and the brexiters still don't know what they want in any deal anyway and still no-one seems able to explain why brexiters aren't owning no deal and are frantically passing the buck? Never fear avid reader I will update this thread with regular bulletins of how these explanations pan out over the next few weeks - if you can hold on that long.
