had a small part of my bowel removed - maybe 3-4 inches and had an ileostomy bag fitted back in nov 15 - got removed march 17 and my quality of life was sh1t thereafter cos when you gotta go you gotta go - long story short had me gallbladder removed a few mths later and big c had spread to my liver - had the op and new bag fitted and whilst its a pain in the arse at times you learn to live with it cos quality of life is much better wiv the bag than wivout it

I'm having a colonoscopy on Monday at King's College Hospital in Camberwell on Monday afternoon, I'm going to be sedated and need a chaperone to take me home. I'm not exactly looking forward to it to say the least but hopefully I will be OK.
