Dibsy was 40 stone and last month was 24 stone he was on a 'diet or die' sentence and is training obsessively it seems in conjunction with the diet change.
Fair play to the lad I called him a lazy fat tw@t for getting into that state in the first place but has showed great stickability to see it through and is fighting on a charity boxing match tonight (I think).
He says: “I can put my own trainers on now. I can get in the bath. I can go to the shops and buy clothes off the rail. In October last year, I couldn’t even fit in a seatbelt and I can reach mikehock for a tug.
