Mr Mackereth is clearly detached from reality using religious faith in his work all this serves to do is bolster what these fantasists already believe,meaning they don't care at all about authority because they answer to a higher power and can justify this in any way they like (usually a self centred prayer) whilst continuing that lifestyle. |

We can revisit this when the resulting case happens but there is a good chance his scenario actually never happened or if it did he has such sub par representation legally that he loses anyway. For one, the hypothetical scenario is the one often brought up by anti trans people as the "I have to call THIS person??" female identifiers

Dr Mackereth, an evangelist feels he must address trans gender people by their original gender because of his religious beliefs, which
he has every right to. He has applied for a job as Disability Benefits Assessor. At his interview they have asked him how he would address trans gender people,and he has given an honest answer. But this may not be in line with what how the Disability assessments sections deals with trans gender people. They may like their assessors to deal with these people in their chosen gender role, rather than their original gender. So Dr Makereth has rather ruled himself out for this job. In fact it may not be a hypothetical question at all, he may in the course of his job have to deal with these people I do NOT think Dr Mackie has a case. |

But in this mixed up world he could well be dealing with trans gender people. |
