Dr Mackereth, an evangelist feels he must address trans gender people by their original gender because of his religious beliefs, which

he has every right to.

He has applied for  a job as Disability Benefits Assessor. At his interview they have asked him how he would address trans gender

people,and he has given an honest answer.

But this may not be in line with what how the Disability assessments sections deals with trans gender people. They may like their

assessors to deal with these people in their chosen gender role, rather than their original gender.

So Dr Makereth has rather ruled himself out for this job.

In fact it may not be a hypothetical question at all, he may in the course of his job have to deal with these people

I do NOT think Dr Mackie has a case.

An "abstract ideological pledge”, is something that is very unlikely to happen.

But in this mixed up world he could well be dealing with trans gender people.

everyone knows what they are doing when they present this description as the face of trans people.

(btw, from what I gather this doctor said on GMB he would not refer to even fully transitioned people by their preferred pronouns - further evidence that his hypothetical didn't happen)

But once the persons sex has been established by observation, this can be surgically repaired to show the person's sexual identity


The problem is plastic surgeons can do so some very clever surgery to give someone's genitals the appearance of the opposite sex.

But have they have NOT changed the person's sex. There are many subtle differences both physical and psychologically, between
