Following on from my thread a month or so ago where I reported seeing a BMW driver pullover, snort cocaine and drive off, it's happened again. I was in a supermarket car park yesterday evening when I could strongly smell cannabis. I turned around and saw a Neanderthal-type puffing away whilst sat in the driver seat of a BMW.

Is a common occurrence have regualrly smelled cannibis when parked up eating in car parks.
More worrying is the pills they can't test for like the synthetic pain meds that plenty are on. |

If convicted for drug driving you are at risk of an immediate 12 month driving ban, 12 months in prison and a fine up to £5,000 There are 16 controlled substances, which if you drive or attempt to drive under the influence of, will put you at risk of a drug driving conviction. Almost 25,000 motorists in England and Wales tested positive for drug-driving within three years, figures have revealed.
Data from 40 forces showed 8,336 drivers tested positive for cannabis and 3,064 for cocaine between March 2015 and January 2018. Cheshire Police carried out the most drug-driving tests, 4,491. Of those tests, 2,377 were positive. The Metropolitan Police recorded 3,254 positive tests, Essex 1,857, West Mercia 1,704 and Merseyside 1,517.....Shocking figures |
