I suppose I should be more grateful - he used his inside information, political connections and "sources" to advise me that Boris may win the Tory leadership contest. He was 1/9 at the time (and is 1/5 now) but a winner is a winner and it's not every day that that the shrewd people share their inside information on here.

I once implied something similar (before I fully understood his deep genius) and he went ballistic. Started calling me names all the time, following me around, reporting me, having my posts deleted. He even started threads (a bit like this one).

Eastbourne is really unimportant as a tournament to her, she just uses it to get some game time in on grass before Wimbledon which is what really counts, a lot of player tank pre slam tournies for the same reason, she withdraw here a couple of years ago after quarters and then went onto the Semi's at Wimbledon 2 weeks later. She's seeded 11th and should get a good draw as well. Not sure why the dislike of her she's as unoffensive as unoffensive gets as a person and well liked on tour.

you wouldn't laugh at someone you did like or was neutral with. Any seeded player gets a decent draw, she's not a bottle and losing one match doesn't really warrant these kinds of strange threads especially as it's a low level, pre warm up tournament for Wimbledon, fourth tier I think, only worth 470 points to the winner compared to 2000 for a slam. I would understand if she was arrogant or carried bad demeanour on court like a Kennin or Vanderweghe but she doesn't
