This is one big game to push crude oil higher, they've only needed to blow a couple of oil tankers and an unmanned drone up to send it higher I expect something else to happen soon if it doesn't push it back to 70+ dollars What's the betting once it hits 70 dollars we see no more "attacks" ? |

If they wanted the price higher the Saudis would cut production. Saudi production has always been used to manipulate the price. The production has been kept high to destabilise Iran and Venezuela as part of the sanctions, in return the Saudis get to do whatever they want in Yemen. The petrodollar is at the heart of everything. It explains these wars/potential wars, terrorism funding, lack of renewables, the lot.
As the dollar loses it's value worldwide through lack of oil trade, or from trading in other currencies, dollars flood back into America causing inflation and it's game over for the American economy. A war in Iran would be a bloodbath, surely by itself would be the end of America as we know it. |
