The poll surveyed 2000 millennial women to find out which daily annoyances wound us up the most.

Be prepared to eye roll really hard...

Being sent explicit pictures, when you didn’t ask for them

Being charged VAT for sanitary products

The notion that women are bad drivers

Being asked if it’s your time of the month

Not being paid as much as male colleagues

Being approached by someone in a bar just because you are alone

Being chatted up on LinkedIn direct message

Being told to cheer up as “it might never happen”

    Being told to calm down

When someone talks to your breasts rather than your face

    Airbrushed images of women

    Being wolf-whistled at

Being told your biological clock is ticking

Being asked if you plan to get pregnant

Tradesmen insisting on talking to your partner rather than you

Being asked why you do not have children yet

Having your right to choose debated by male politicians

    Being mansplained to

    Being called “love”

Being ghosted by someone you have been dating

People assuming you’re not the main breadwinner

Being bought household appliances for your birthday

Being asked if your breasts are real

The view that you should not have long hair over 50

Being told you have childbearing hips

    Being described as a housewife

Being told you look good for your age

Being left with the wives of your partner’s friends at dinner

Waiters assuming the healthy meal or salad is for you

    Anti-aging adverts

When the barperson assumes you want a half pint, not a pint

The waiter assuming your male companion is picking up the bill

Being chatted up in the gym mid workout

The assumption that you’ll change your name after getting married

The assumption that you look after the family calendar

Can't find a link to it but there's an article in today's Sun in which a wife complains that her husband is so perfect she has nothing to complain about!

And women wonder why men think they're mental Crazy

I thought up north every one got called love

I call women love, not meant disparagingly or assuming ownership just seems a pleasant word

Women should be grateful that they find a man who will care for them for life imo

"Having better judgement than your female partner" is one that normally infuriates them, although you'll do well to get an admission of it.

"Having better judgement than your female partner" is one that normally infuriates them, although you'll do well to get an admission of it.

After several years of backing the grey ones, Ms M eventually decided it was best to have her tenner on my own selections when we go to the racing. That counts as an admission in my book.

I remember back in the past trying to persuade someone to move in with me, I had good win on the horses, and I said we can a good night

I was thinking that there is something wrong with me as almost nothing on the above list bothers me in the slightest, then I looked at it again and of course the clue to the silly 'daily annoyances' is the fact that they surveyed MILLENNIALS  who are aged between 22 and 37!
Report doantwin2easy • June 23, 2019 10:48 PM BST
Everything upsets women under a certain age. And you'll never know exactly what - you're just left with some serious amount of detective work, which you just have to get on with.

You'll rarely solve the case with any concrete evidence.

Spilling red wine on the sofa has turned out to be a shocking omission.

On the subject of going to the races with women ... In pre-Betfair days, when I used to go racing every day, I kept a record of daily expenses, on the basis that it's no good winning ten grand a year punting, if you're shelling out eleven to go racing. I remember taking a girlfriend to Wincanton one day, and her going ballistic a few days later when she found the cost of travel and entry listed in my diary.

"IS THAT ALL I AM TO YOU? AN EXPENSE? YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE PITS," etc. etc.

Was she suggesting, then, that I should take her racing with me every single day, because by that logic my expenses for the year would become zero.

I don't know what she started yelling after that, because her voice became so high-pitched I could no longer hear it.

(One top tip: if a woman is yelling a stream of abuse at you until she's red in the face, don't say "Could you say that again, please." That really doesn't help.)
