I started a thread about Rory Stewart and self-confidence a few days ago.  I'm certainly no Adonis (although I am if compared to Rory) but to look like that and put oneself firmly in the public gaze must take immense amounts of self-confidence.  If he could bottle that he'd be a very rich man indeed.

didn't want to post this but as Rory Stewart's appearance keeps getting mentioned on a lot on different forums/social media, him leaving the house as a non facially disfigured person is a breeze if you are this poor guy in this video clip on left side of the screen, not sure if I should say viewer discretion advised or something as it takes you back a bit at firs but it puts rory often percieved unfortunant looks it into perspective
