Two oil tankers have caught fire after being attacked in the Gulf of Oman.

One of them, the Front Altair, was "suspected of being hit by a torpedo", Taiwan's state oil refiner CPC Corp said.

It was "on fire and adrift", according to maritime intelligence firm Dryad Global.

The blaze was caused by an explosion, according to International Tanker Management, which operates the vessel.

The other tanker - Kokuka Courageous - was attacked twice in three hours, the president of Japanese owner Kokuka Sangyo told reporters, and breached above the waterline, igniting a fire in an engine room.

International shipping association BIMCO said the ships may have been damaged by mines.

No country or group has said it was to blame.

"Of course, this latest attack will be blamed on Iran, never mind the stupidity of believing Iran is inviting a war that will kill thousands, possibly millions and probably escalate into game over for life on Earth.

Why do we have to live your lifes waiting for the next false flag, our lives at the mercy of batsh1t crazy bastards like John Bolton, who would like nothing more than a full scale war simply to make the elite more money and more power and to hell with the rest of us.

They aren't fooling anyone with a pair of eyes and a brain between the ears

They've played these same games for 500 years, when they want to get the gullible masses on board for a war, up pops an "attack" from the enemy, and oh look we've got blurred out grainy s****y footage of the so called enemy pulling out bombs from the tanker, no thought for their safety, no idea why they'd want to blow up a cr***y oil tanker anyway like but here it is nonetheless

Now, lets go and bomb them of that CrazyCrazy

Yeah

They supposedly rocked up, climbed up the boat and sneakily took removed an unexploded mine CrazyLaugh

I mean who the f*** is running this show? its not the fact they are trying to orchestrate a war or orchestrate an event to send oil prices rocketing, its the shoddy way in which its done, no respect for the people at all.

The cost at the pumps to go up though so its job done

Iran shouldn't have put their country in the middle of all those American military bases or proposed selling their own resources in whatever currency they want. They are asking to be Gulf of Tonkined.

Fuel will go through the roof if America "retaliate", this is why they pull something just so that happens

The economy is dead, the stocks are propped up by paper, so they need to something to hide all that

More people are homeless, more people are using food banks etc etc etc

To be fair to Trump, I legitimately think he doesn't want to go to war with Iran (or any other country). In his quest to mindlessly dismantle everything Obama, he has however set himself up for Bolton, Pompeo, or actors in the area interested in regime change like Netanyahu, bin Salman to lure the inexperienced man into a violent conflict.

Lame

He's the president so can fire them?
He's suppose to be his own man and isn't swayed by others?

But he's happy enough to go to war?

with corruption charges looming and another election in September he may just get his friend the clown in the White House to go to war with Iran as a going away present

owner of of one of the tankers says that the crew saw flying objects before the attack suggesting the tanker was not damaged by mines

according to the Americans that a drone saw an Iranian boat going towards a tanker shortly before the attack and that the Iranians fired a ballistic missile at the drone but it missed

a few days earlier an American drone was shot down by Iranian backed Houthis into the RED SEA
