I'm loving it. Hate hot weather. Dark skies and rain is so cosy.

Hadn't checked external temps, but it peaked at a heady 13 degrees, and now we have a "Yellow Warning" of prolonged,
and heavy rain with potential flooding.... Lord help us! |

What's your favourite weather forecaster? I tend to look at a few if it's important. Metcheck seems to be CRAP these days, I generally look just to have a laugh.

I love the rain too , Coach . I hope we have a warm beautiful long summer though . A good 40 days or so , will be great .
|
|
By:
you'll be OK Culvin ,it's all cyclical ...a few days rain,a few days sun ,a few cloudy days than back to sun ...just how it should be
. Just Checking ... I just lazy check on Google /BBC but get live figures on the go from netweather |

also depends where you live too old fruit .
if you live in Brighton you'll see a lot more sun than Glasgow or Inverness every month of the year |

I don't like it when it's too hot either, but I like a decent summer. 23C is great, 33C can sod off!
I hate it when I'm on holiday and I feel I have to shower 3 times a day and have armpits darker than a [insert joke that a bad club comedian would tell in 1972]. People say New Zealand has a pretty ideal climate? But I don't like Rugby so they'd burn me as a heretic in a Maori wood sculpture doubling as a wicker man! ![]() |

Midsummer's day is 24th June....
Hope that helps! |

12 degrees just now and forecast to rain every day till Tuesday, when we are allowed to have cloudy sun,
then after that treat, back to rain again! Not going to rely on that too much, but it doesn't bode well! |

Yet we're doomed because the world is hotting up?
I can't wait, there's got to be some upside to it. Where are these warm summers we were promised? I don't believe the doom mongers anyway. Vested interests working overtime is at the bottom of most of it. The rest is people jumping on the bandwagon because they always go with the flow. As sheep do. |

By:
Interesting mixed metaphor, who pushed the sheep into the river?

The thing is Doc, no matter what, how sh1tty and cold the weather is,if the BBC say its down to global warming, most of the dumb downed population would believe them.

The main polluting economies are set to double as the UK aims for zero emissions.
Our manufacturing industries are already staggering under the green taxes on fuel. So all we're doing in the UK is exporting our pollution (manufacturing) to somewhere else while they get fat out of it and we get poorer. And for all our efforts we will have achieved nothing in the way of cutting global pollution. |
