De Pass Gardens is thought to be part of Riverside Gardens, a recent development by house builder Bellway Homes

Only watched a bit of the video but the flats to be so on fire their is something wrong, surely the front has to be fire proof ?

Will they also have free wifi?

Looks to be Ur New Build 50%  Social housing  ,50% buyers Development , they have gone up like a Tinder Box

20 Flats Destroyed and 10 Badly damaged , if overnight would have been another Tragedy , with other Flats in the area in such close proximity  Who knows what else would have gone up

I would not want to be Living in a simular Build and many thousands are , Many people who were trying to get on the Housing
ladder Part buy rent etc ,they started springing up all over London 20 years back and still going

Proberly to do with smart meters like the other terrible fire but not reported by the main media,well wouldn't be now would it!!

Interesting point here.

In any fire where the cause can't be established, it's assumed to be an electrical fault.
And that conclusion goes into the figures despite there being no evidence to support it.

Hence we get the situation where we are told that so many thousand fires are caused by electrical faults.
Which gives ammunition for the electrical bodies to call for ridiculously high standards in domestic wiring.
And higher standards means more work for them.

BBC Watchdog Live also uncovered potentially dangerous fire safety issues in developments in Kent and West Lothian built by Bellway Homes.
In 2015, a fire took hold in a block of Bellway Homes flats in Canterbury, Kent, and spread through dozens of properties, destroying or damaging 45 of them.
Subsequent inspections highlighted concerns over fire stopping in the wall cavities. Residents at the Old Tannery development have since been moved out while "improvement works" to address these fire safety issues are carried out at their homes..

Bellway Homes said it was "committed to improvement".
"Mandatory training on many subjects, including fire stopping, has been introduced for all applicable construction staff and we remain committed to building quality homes in accordance with all relevant regulation," it added.

Scandalous Been several fires at Bellway Blocks ..  Watchdog covered the Above on the 1st of may this Year 

New build part Buy Part rent Scheme , 2 minutes to get out no fire alarm WTF .... As stated had this been overnight  be many dead..

A lot of these Builds were an Option for Public Sector Workers and young People trying to get on the Housing Ladder , In London the Only option for many ,there are literally dozens  of Simular blocks around the city , I really would not fancy
having to sleep in one.. Corners have been cut Lives put at risk , Persimmon another one of these Mobs  building simular housing

Wooden balconies the reason for the fronts going up so quickly.

The authorities in charge of building regulations must be asleep, along with the councils.

What do they do all day, they supposed to control the materials used in building work.

Another case of public sector workers being paid to do nothing.
It's about time a few of these highly paid skivers ended up in court and then jailed.
That would concentrate their minds.
