We don't want extreme left-wing radicals like Corbyn and Khan slipping in by the back door and getting into office through Labour. Must admit I laughed at this. If JC gets in it will be due to the hemorrhaging of the Tory party all looking after their own interest and holding the nation to ransom. |

The Tories have made 2 decisions,which both exploded in their face.
They tried to turn a working but small majority into an opportunity to move radically to the right and use the power in the house of commons, only to get humiliated to the point they had to bribe DUP just to keep going while one after another MP either resigned or was sacked. The other decision was to try and bluff the nation to face down back bench rebellion, but in doing so, again the nation shocked them to such a point they were unable to do a damn thing but were too scared after historic trouncings in parliament and being found to be in contempt to actually call a GE. The socialist vote was split decades ago, while the 'broad church' of the tory party was attempted to be held together irrespective of what was right or proper for the country. |

For all those who catagorise the ills of the EU they really should try reading a bit more history.

Thornberry was on the radio this morning, defending her decision to snub the President of the USA.
She would be the UK's Foreign Secretary in the event of a Labour victory at the next election. So with Labour refusing to have anything to do with Trump, how would Labour if elected, get on with America if Trump decided to snub them with regard to trade, deffence, security etc?
