There is nothing in this rather suspect report which says that ice is not melting in Antarctic. The Antarctic is a continent- it is big.

It is possible that some bets are getting warmer while other bits are not. This report does not talk about how much ice will melt each year.

People have suggested mirrors in space or making unoccupied deserts reflect more light.
