they are riding on the crest of a 12 inch wave, before the inevitable drowning. The thought of Farage running the '3rd ' Party certainly woke the mainstream media up. They will be digging Jeremy Thorpe & Joe Grimmond up next

Swinsons rant where she very deliberately took something Farage said from ages ago out of context and tried deliberately and very dishonestly to re-interpret it as some sort of expression condoning violence was just pathetic and shows someone unfit in maturity and honesty to be a PM. It was just so transparently shallow and gutter "let's be offended at something when even I know they didn't mean that" politics. It's symptomatic of how politics is done now, it reflects the way the professionally offended SJW children act on Twitter.
So probably a shoe in for the LDs then. |

Vince Cable was a bad choice but She's even worse.
A condescending virtue signalling 1diot. Has opposed Brexit from the start and has dismissed the leaver vote. BTW if you were a leave voter than to her you are a racist. |

She was poor when appearing on Sky News on Friday morning, was easily rattled and later launched in to oversell mode.

She is very poor on the Andrew Marr show this morning. One snippet from Marr is Ed Davey saying he would stop all internal UK flights in the name of climate change ???? This is getting dafter and dafter.

I thought that was a wind up, but no, Ed Davey the other Lib Dem candidate is on about stopping internal flights in the uk.
.. And people say they are "centrist"... |

By:
I don't care and will never vote Lib Dem but is anyone going to post the full context of Ed Davey's quotes or just strip it out and proceed to get outraged

“We need to make sure we are investing in the trains of the future, not least because we have got to stop internal flights in the UK,” he said at the first leadership hustings on Friday evening. He later qualified this: “Sometimes you have to fly but we need to find ways though our public transport system to minimise the flights that are happening.”
... (Swinson) She said after the hustings that she could not promise to stop taking planes: “I do often travel by train — but I have a constituency 400 miles from London, and I need to do what is necessary to do my job.” She is campaigning for the extension of high-speed rail services to Glasgow. |
