If a dog had been able to reach those bubble gum dispensers, I'd have been more concerned about meeting the dog.

Of course the #1 chewing gum related fact is it's illegal in Singapore.

Sharp eyed football fans will have noticed Man U never played a champions league game there when Alex "Furiously chewin' the cud" Ferguson was in charge, that's why.

Mouse a man of his word and giving the cheese thread real competition for the title of Thread of the Year.

Hopefully both threads will be buried within the week, the other one is even more grating.

I was expecting you'd do a little more research instead of taking the easy route and just creating the thread.

Not sure why but reminds me of my little cousin in England(around 3rd 4th grade). His parents noticed his grades were getting worse and worse. At one point he failed a test and they went to the school and had a look at his answer sheets. The most common answer they found was the word 'sorry'. Turned out some teacher had told him that if one doesn't know the answer to a question, its ok to write sorry. The little fker had been using that tactic for the whole year(and still passing all exams).

You've certainly answered the question with this thread but done the same thing as that little waenker.

Given the awful level of this thread (compared to the Thread of the Year (tm) about pre cooked cheese), I'm going to take pity on it and in addition to posting the greatest chewing gum fact, also post a link to the greatest film scene involving chewing gum. May I present "Elf" with Will Ferrell:

The mastication of chewing gum is a useful indicator of social class.

I don't see any mention here of bubble gum.
There's a social distinction between bubble gum and chewing gum.

Chewing gum is usually done by fairly decent people with the mouth firmly closed.
This is a different technique to the bubble gum chewer, who chews with the mouth open smacking their chops.
And of course blowing the odd bubble which hopefully ends up on their face.

Both practices are bad form.
