Good evening, everyone. :)

I would like to trace details of an old pool ball supplier called CARD BALL INTERNATIONAL LTD. I know for certain that they were still trading as late as 1989 and also strongly suspect that the company was Canadian (although not sure).

My searches online thus far (Public Records, Canadian Companies House etc) have all proved unsuccessful. I can find no trace of the firm whatsoever. Any help or information would be most gratefully received.

Many thanks.

Are they something to do with meat? Cursory search implies might be, and were taken over by "universal meats".

Hello, JC. :)

Thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to help, sir. Alas, I would be very surprised if we’re talking about the same company, dear chap. The CARD BALL INTERNATIONAL I’m looking for were billiard ball suppliers. Where did you find your information, sir?

Best wishes.

Just gurgle. Tip for searching is to try combinations and not be tooo specific. Ltd vs Limited (both are allowed). Is international REALLY part of their name? etc.

I've no idea about Canada but I believe companies house keeps records of UK companies long after they went out of business, if not forever. (maybe not all digitsed though?)
