The relationship between warmth and apetite is so distinct, at least for me. All day I've been ravenously hungry (typical JC winter "bear" behaviour, as I stomp around my cave growling) and so I put the heating back on full blast and stuck a long sleeve shirt on under my "I heart Jet From Gladiators" sweatshirt. Behold, my appetite is back to normal within not very long at all.

Conclusion: Global warming will leed to women from Newastle looking like women from Naples, instead of the "before" shots from a slimfast advert, and the men of Britain will rejoice. And the women, as the men will look like chipendales.

As I'll look like a chipendale, I'll be wearing fake tan anyway. I just hope not too many women end up with tetley coloured smears on their faces when I show them"the JC teabag" part of my routine that I've been practicing .

I've noticed in summer my appetite decreases

In winter I'm going in the fridge every 5 minutes, not getting anything mind just looking
