We already pay. They've never been free. We may have to pay more though.
Do people think the cost of ATMs is not factored in to their business model??? It's a bit like saying we don't pay for the bank to have the heating on! |

I won't be paying to use one of those poxy machines every fortnight, better for me to visit my nearest branch of Barclays and withdraw a few thousand every 6 months or so without paying a penny.
