But that certain someone said to me me this lunchtime over a pint that she likes it so I'm sticking with it for awhile but I don't want a full blown "Brian Blessed" job as I'll have a bit of scrambled egg hidden away no doubt that will escape my attention one morning and that's not something that I'd ever want to happen
Thing is though, since I posted this thread I can't help but rub my new found beard!! I'm not liking it to be honest but I promised I'd tough it out for another week. Bloody hell, it's so grey
. In my day, god that sounds old, old, you rarely saw young men with beards and actors and musicians usually didn't have them.

btw slippy if your midlife crisis is about having a beard or not I reckon you've done alright
That really was a genuine LOL Hank!
The latest comments today was that Mrs.Blue loves it, the local landlord says it looks good but it will take me a good few weeks to get used to it (he has a full on beard but gets it managed in the local barbers), my favourite barmaid said I look better without it and my Sister, who joined us for a pint at lunchtime, was totally horrified! I hadn't seen her for 2 weeks and her comment was "no likey".
