Traffic cops back in the day use to play ......Stopping a pink coloured vehicle was always double points !
There was a road safety tv ad back in the day that used snooker balls and the phrase "ever played snooker with cars".

Imagine if all cars were spherical and rolled along like balls while gyroscopes kept the passenger cabin level.
I like playing connect 4 with cars. Almost got one the other day but an Audi pulled out on me.
Funny enough a young lad mentioned he would never buy a red car again, he said it was an unlucky colour and he was always getting stopped by the Police.
I asked him if he knew what snooker was but he just looked back at me dumbly. I was just about to ask him what he thought Coppers did back in the day when they were bored on a Monday night and it was not raining when we got called to work.
