Unemployed Jarod Kirkman,51, sent abusive messages to 7 remain MPs, threatening that they would be killed with novichok.

Lammy was told 'f*ck off back to the jungle where you belong and die there ni**er

After the sentence Lammy stated "we will not be cowed"

He was lucky the judge not give him a little extra time for that comment.

I loathe David Lammy with a passion but there is no excuse for the racist bile directed at him . I do , however , believe that some of Lammy's comments warrant further investigation as racial hatred is a two-way street .

Mr Lammy is President Trump without the power or money ie brash, classless, clueless and self-serving.

I do agree the behaviour towards him by the brexiteer who was given 10 months imprisonment cannot be condoned, and sentence dished out was deserved. But, I cannot never vote for Mr Lammy even if my life depends on it.

Really?
That isn't what a 10 minute read of this forum would conclude

Agree with Reynard totally. No need for that type of language.
Lammy though gets away with murder with his racist comments.
BTW I think what he meant to say after this court case was:
"I will not be taking my nose out of the trough".

Can't get this to lift but if you click on https://twitter.com/4thProtocol (prob need to copy/paste) then scroll down to the Lammy post (right after Kez dugdale) Very enlightening.

David Lammy's snout-in-the-trough expenses claims appear to be mostly staff costs, so far as I can see from a couple of minutes on https://www.mpsexpenses.info/#!/mp/164

I think I might coin a "new term" ie "political incest" which is an MP employing their immediate family eg son, daughter, relative (but not wife) as a member of the backroom staff without the necessary/adequate qualification or experience. For instance, a London MP who employed her (convicted druggie) son at £43k per annum as her chief-of-staff.

It's vital this blatant abuse of tax-payers money is eradicated asap as this practice is common, unproductive, promotes nepotism but stifles competition and riles by the general public; the work/behaviour of a related staff could be influenced and/or marginalised by the MP, I  firmly believe, and not conducive to public interests.

It's called neopolitanism.

'mouse muldoon', is that factual? A combination of nepotism and politics.

No, but it should be.

I think it ought to be as it's subtle, and reflects nepotism and politics. In the meantime I shall be using "political incest" to refer to political nepotism in the House Of Commons.

By the way Ms Abbot has admitted to drinking a can of Mojito (alcohol) on the Tube.

The M&S G&T would be a better choice as the can's livery is quite subtle.

Claimed for a second residence despite his main home being only a 28 mins tube ride away.
