Every where I go they are there. More and more of them each year.
Always hang around in packs/gangs. Giggling like school kids. Sitting in their flash cars smoking weed. Supermarket car parks, beauty spits in the countryside they always turn up. Always a minimum of two or three cars of them. They just sit there smoking weed. That sickly sweet smell, yuk. Why do they always have to be in a pack.
I hate them. I really hate them.

Quite a few times I've passed parked cars honking of weed.
It's drug driving surely and a danger to other road users, if I can smell it that often .. surely the powers that be can, if they tried?

A few weeks ago I was sat in a McDonald's car park. There's a road running right next to the car park. I saw a BMW pull up and park. A man in his 30s was fiddling with something for about a minute. He then appeared to pour something from an envelope onto his hand, which he then sniffed and then lifted his head back. He brushed his hands and then drove off.
Womens insitute don't smoke it. Why do you think they are always so happy and making cookies and little cakes!
Who ever they are a Quick call to the Old bill saying people out of their Boxes driving cars , Could help .
