I bought a new canon ip-7250 printer specifically to print direct to a cd.I downloaded the Canon Easy-photo print software as this was recommended.If I want to print photos the printer is showing as available,but when I try cd printing it says"No printers are available".It's really frustrating.Can anybody help?

Despite the clever automated set up routines, it is common for printers to, initially, not be visible to the device that you are trying to connect with.
Try to connect via cable and wireless and also try and see if other devices can see the printer. My hp printer sometimes fails to be seen by my computer if it wasn't initially switched on. A little bit annoying but I simply ensure that it is on before starting up my computer. |
